CJB Outreach provides immediate, meaningful support to women-led households in crisis through a consulting-based approach. We assess each client’s needs, connect them with established partner organizations, and fill any service gaps—helping women stabilize before they slip into poverty.

At the core of our organization is building and maintaining a centralized national database of charitable aid, detailing what each organization offers, eligibility requirements, income thresholds, exceptions, service areas, applications, and points of contact. Using this database, we provide a concierge-style consulting service that evaluates each woman’s situation and applies—on her behalf—for all eligible assistance at once, rather than one organization at a time.

This approach delivers faster, comprehensive support, reduces duplication, and identifies gaps where no aid exists—allowing our organization to step in only where needed. By matching eligible women with existing charitable resources, we maximize impact, minimize cost, and help more women stabilize their families before they reach financial collapse.
